Completed projects
Installed a new light fixture in the apartment and securely mounted a framed flag above the bed. Checked alignment and ensured everything was stable and neatly finished.
Assembled the new hyperbaric chamber at the McKinney facility using the provided video guide. Ensured all components were secured, tested alignment, and confirmed proper setup for safe operation.
Assembled the bathroom vanity, set it level, and anchored it securely. Checked door and drawer alignment and left it ready for the new sink top once it arrives.
Assessed issues on the garage trim and a window, then repaired damaged sections as approved on site. Replaced/secured trim as needed and repaired the window frame for a clean, weather-tight finish.
TV Mount & Adjust
$416Mounted the TV securely and set it up clean and level. Came back to raise it a bit per the client’s request, then rechecked anchors and alignment for a solid finish.
Checked flooring throughout the retail space using a moisture meter to locate problem areas. Discussed findings with the client and provided a quote for any needed repairs.
Pergola Post Repair
$1,105Used a bottle jack and temporary post to lift the sagging pergola back into position. Removed the old post, poured concrete for a solid base, and reset the original post once the foundation was secured.
Trimmed the bottom of the gate and raised it so it wouldn’t drag, then set it to close and latch smoothly. Reinstalled and tightened the loose hinge hardware for a solid, clean swing.
Drywall Repair and Paint
$1,392Repaired damaged drywall, taped and bedded the seams, and matched the wall and ceiling texture. Finished with paint to blend in; noted that spot painting isn’t a guaranteed exact match.
Cleaned honey residue from the ceiling and repaired the drywall where a bees’ nest had been removed. Matched the ceiling texture and paint, then touched up the wall to cover honey stains and fixed three sections of damaged garden brickwork.
