Completed projects
Two closets needed more storage. We put in two shelves, then built and mounted two more owner-supplied shelf units. We used the supplied parts and made sure each shelf was firm.
Porch trim and bathroom repairs
$1,986.25This repair list included porch trim, shower grout and caulk, and a cabinet door. We rebuilt and painted the lower column trim. Inside, we sealed the shower joints and put in the cabinet door.
We removed and reset the bathroom sink. Then we fixed the fan bracket and wiring and tested the fan and light.
The covered patio needed a new ceiling fan. We took down the old fan, put the owner-supplied fan in the same spot, and tested it.
The outdoor hose bib and an indoor water-line fitting needed to be replaced. We put in both new parts and sealed the threaded joints.
Installed ceiling fans and a dining room light fixture, then replaced smoke detectors in several rooms. Tested the new fixtures and detectors before finishing the job.
We took off a broken toilet seat and put on a new one. We changed the air filter and fixed loose trim by the garage door.
We hung a framed art piece in the dining room. We also put wall panels and a shelf in the garage.
Tub Spout Replacement
$315.50The tub had a leaking diverter spout. We took off the old slip-fit spout, put in an oil-rubbed bronze replacement, and tested the fit and diverter.
Upholstered Bed Frame Assembly
$1,459.50We built the bed frame and fit the headboard and side rails. Then we set the mattress in place. We put the matching bench at the foot of the bed.
