Completed projects
Upgraded the hall-facing side of a study opening with premium 5-inch stain-grade casing. The trim was carefully sanded, stained to match the front door, and finished with two clear coats for a durable, polished look.
Repaired a damaged ceiling section with exposed insulation by cutting out broken drywall, adding backing, and installing a new panel. The repair was taped, bedded, sanded, texture-matched, primed, and painted for a seamless finish.
Replaced four light fixtures including two exterior wall sconces and two interior lights. Each fixture was leveled, secured, and tested for proper operation with exterior sconces sealed against water intrusion.
Carefully removed and staged two large 6x4-foot plate mirrors to allow for countertop installation, then returned to rehang both mirrors using existing mounting points. Vanities, walls, and floors were protected throughout the process.
Cut out and patched a 12x16-inch section of damaged drywall. Applied drywall tape, bedding compound, and texture matching to seamlessly blend with the surrounding wall surface.
Repaired a damaged closet shelf and clothes rod, restoring full functionality to the storage space. The work was completed efficiently within a single service visit.
Assessed and repaired damaged exterior trim on the home. The damaged sections were replaced to restore the exterior appearance and protect against weather exposure.
Removed an existing built-in microwave and trim kit, then installed a customer-supplied replacement unit. Work included verifying support shelf clearances, leveling the unit, and connecting to existing power.
Installed new patio sconces, cleared two upstairs bathtub drains, re-caulked the kitchen granite sink and bathroom sink, and repaired a noisy garbage disposal. A comprehensive multi-task service visit.
Replaced two toilet seats including a bidet seat installation in the master bathroom and a standard seat in the hallway bathroom. Both installations were completed efficiently in a single service visit.
