Completed projects
Mounted a video doorbell at the front entry and secured it to the exterior siding. Checked the placement and fit before finishing the job.
Deck Board and Railing Repair
$1,778.75Removed damaged deck boards and repaired weak framing around the worn sections. Installed pressure-treated boards and replaced a rotted railing post so the deck was solid and usable again.
We replaced a back door and added new hardware. We also fixed two inside doors and loose trim.
We patched wall damage and a crack near the ceiling. Then we painted both spots and fixed a loose cabinet door.
Repaired the entry door hardware and aligned the lockset for a cleaner fit. Tested the deadbolt and handle so the door latched and locked smoothly.
The wall at an upper window had cracked stucco outside and drywall damage inside. We patched and sealed the outside. Then we fixed and painted the inside wall.
The covered patio needed more storage. We mounted a cabinet on the brick wall. Its three doors open above the counter.
The garage had a light where the owner wanted a ceiling fan. We removed the light, built the owner-supplied fan, and tied it to the fan-rated box. We locked the mount in place and tested the fan.
Ceiling Drywall Patch and Paint

Exterior Door Hardware Repair
