We cut an opening in the outside wall and installed an electric pet door. White trim seals the unit against the gray siding.
Reworked the latch on a back fence gate that would not stay closed. The repaired latch lines up and holds both gate panels together.
We mounted a security camera high on the wall above the garage. Its bracket clears the garage trim and roof line.
We secured a loose patio truss board below the roof peak. The fixed joint now lines up with the other beams.
We moved the French doors to a new opening. We turned the old doorway into a wide arch, then added trim and wall finish.
Glass Patio Door Replacement
$477.50We took out the old patio door and fit a full-view glass door in its place. Black lock gear completes the new door.
The shower floor grout and bathroom caulk needed a fresh seal. We cleaned and resealed the grout, then renewed the caulk at the baseboard and trim.
Siding and Brick Seal Repair
$454.50The siding and brick joints at the roofline needed repair. We repaired and resealed the siding, then filled the damaged mortar joints.
We rehung the back door, replaced the hinges, and adjusted the jamb and hardware. The finished door sits evenly in the frame.
The existing trim around this door needed replacement. We installed new trim and painted it to match the frame.
