Completed projects
Removed the pedestal sink and installed a wall-mounted unit, adding 2x4 blocking between studs for solid support. Leveled and secured the sink, then checked attachments for a sturdy, clean finish.
Replaced the alarm battery with the customer-provided part and tested that the system powered back up. Checked the front door and secured loose screws so it closes properly.
Garage Door Framing
$582Framed the garage door opening and secured new lumber to square up the jambs. Replaced exterior trim as needed and checked for smooth door clearance with a clean finish.
Hung three framed pictures and maps in the client’s home and ensured they were evenly aligned. Also brought and applied white caulk where needed for a clean, finished look.
Replaced the old bathroom exhaust fan with a new unit to improve ventilation and reduce moisture buildup. Verified the fan was running smoothly and cleaned up the workspace before leaving.
Built a custom support structure around a 3,000-gallon mixing tank to improve stability and access. Added shelving along the back side for additional storage and utility.
Removed the old exterior door and screen, then installed a new door fitted with a pet door provided by the customer. Checked alignment and caulked edges for a clean seal, then took photos of the kitchen cabinets for a future paint estimate.
Took measurements for a new shelf, picked up the right materials, and securely installed it in the desired spot. Ensured everything was level and finished cleanly for a precise, professional look.
Replaced worn front door weather stripping to improve the seal and reduce drafts, picking up the correct materials prior to arrival. Scheduled the visit to start after opening and wrapped up quickly with a clean, even fit all around.
Exterior Trim Replacement
$2,687Removed deteriorated exterior trim, installed new boards, and caulked all seams to seal everything up. Finished with matching exterior paint so the repairs blend cleanly with the home.
