San Luis Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76131

Removed the damaged latch-side jamb and installed a new partial jamb, then caulked and painted for a clean, finished look. Swapped in the customer-provided door handle and adjusted the latch so the door closes smoothly.

Stockton Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76132

Removed the old grout/caulk around the shower perimeter and cleaned the edges. Applied a smooth, waterproof silicone bead for a neat finish and better seal.

Overton Park Drive East, Fort Worth, TX 76109

Repaired four large cracks in the ceiling and walls, then taped, bedded, and matched the texture so everything blended cleanly. Finished with interior paint on the patched areas for a consistent look.

Star Ridge Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76133

Removed the old double door unit and installed a new 72x80 French door with precise alignment for smooth operation. Repaired drywall around the opening and prepped the area for the homeowner to paint, leaving a clean, finished look.

North Henderson Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102

Hung a heavy mirror with proper anchors and installed two new sconces, then swapped out the tub spout for a fresh, leak-free fit. Added a 2x4 block between the chair frame and wheels to give it a clean 2" lift.

Chesington Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76137

Repaired a sticking door and adjusted the hinges for smooth operation, tightening hardware and checking alignment throughout. Completed a quick walkthrough with the client to address a few small items around the property.

Assembled a new storage shed on-site, aligning the panels and roof sections for a tight, level fit. Installed doors, hardware, and flooring securely, completing the setup ahead of schedule.

Patched damaged drywall areas and blended the seams for a smooth surface ready for paint. Checked the repair for solid adhesion and a clean finish throughout the section.

North Ridge Road, Fort Worth, TX 76135

Swapped in a new sink and secured the dishwasher to the underside of the countertop for a tight, rattle-free fit. Replaced the pull-down attic ladder in the garage and set a new mailbox post with a matching box, leaving everything plumb and solid.

Carrick Street, Fort Worth, TX 76116

Replaced the damaged wood under the door threshold and secured it for a solid fit, then painted the repaired section to match the surrounding trim. Checked the door alignment to ensure smooth operation and a clean finish.
