Completed projects
We built the metal bed frame, tightened each joint, and set the frame in place.
We lined up both sides of the metal gate and moved the center latch. We then checked that the gate could close and lock.
We took out the cracked sink through the cabinet opening. We fit a new steel sink under the counter. Then we hooked up the drain and disposal and checked for leaks.
We repaired the blind assembly inside the door's glass insert. The finished blind sits straight behind the glass.
We made the attic opening fit a new metal access door. We added wood framing and trim around it. Then we painted the ceiling edge. The pull-down ladder opens from the finished panel.
We took down the old track and fixed a stained wood board to the wall. Then we set the new barn door track on that board. Both doors now hang level over the opening.
Adjusted the exterior door and replaced worn hardware at the entry. Reworked the seal so the door latched cleanly without rubbing.
Garage Wall Storage Installation
$781.20We mounted shelves and cabinets on both garage walls. We also added tool storage above the work area. The new setup keeps the floor clear.
We built a full set of garage cabinets. We fixed each unit to the wall and added a workbench. The tall and upper cabinets now form one storage wall.
Ceiling Fan Replacements
$310.80Two rooms needed new fans. We took down the old fans and put new ones in their place. Both new fans have lights. The final photos show them mounted and running.
