Completed projects
Installed two sets of curtains above tall windows, using a long extension ladder to reach safely and set the brackets level. Returned with the proper ladder after the first visit and secured everything cleanly and snug.
Drywall Repair & Paint
$1,593Repaired damaged drywall, taped and bedded seams, and matched the wall/ceiling texture so the patches blended in. Caulked cracks and finished with paint per the client’s request, noting spot paint might not be a perfect match.
Removed water-damaged drywall beneath/around the water heater, installed new insulation in affected cavity, then hung new drywall. Taped and bedded seams, textured to blend with existing surfaces, and spot-painted to match.
Removed the old toilet supply shutoff and installed a new valve, then corrected a small leak on a return visit. Pressurized the line and checked for drips to make sure everything stayed dry.
Removed two old floodlights and installed new motion-sensing units supplied by the homeowner. Tested both fixtures to confirm proper wiring and sensor response for reliable nighttime coverage.
Dual Gate Repairs
$372Repaired two gates at separate properties, replacing broken hinges and ensuring both gates opened and latched smoothly. Checked alignment and adjusted hardware for solid, long-lasting operation.
Repaired sections of damaged drywall and handled a variety of small home fixes around the property. Brought necessary tools to complete each task efficiently and left all areas clean and finished.
Attic Drywall Repair
$340Patched a hole in the attic drywall, replacing the damaged section and securing it flush with the surrounding surface. Finished by taping, mudding, and sanding for a smooth, even look.
Installed a new storm door with its hardware and ensured smooth opening and alignment. Also hung curtains upstairs, securing brackets and rods for a clean, sturdy finish.
Repaired a minor leak under the kitchen sink and tested to ensure there were no drips after tightening fittings. Reattached and secured the exterior house numbers for a clean, finished look.
