Completed projects

13822 Woodford Lane, Frisco, TX 75035

Framed and built a new partition wall to create a dedicated prayer room. Work included 2x4 framing, framing a 72" × 80" opening for a future double sliding barn door, drywall install, tape/bed/texture, and paint blended to match existing walls. Mounted floating shelves as requested. Barn door installation to be completed on a separate visit after door delivery.

Stone Hearth Drive, Frisco, TX 75035

Repaired damaged ceiling drywall caused by an attic step-through, cutting out the weak section and installing new material. Taped and bedded seams, matched the ceiling texture, and painted to blend with the existing finish.

Petersburgh Place, Frisco, TX 75035

Removed the old interior door and installed a new 30" x 80" slab, aligning hinges and hardware so it swings and latches smoothly. Left the door unpainted per scope and confirmed fit at the frame.

Caruth Lane, Frisco, TX 75034

Mounted large wall whiteboards with solid anchors, aligning and leveling each panel. Returned to install the final board and verified hardware was tight with a clean finish.

Whistle Stop Lane, Frisco, TX 75033

Mounted two TVs (55" frame and 65") using the customer’s mounts, set the soundbar, and secured everything level. Hung multiple drapes, a heavy wall mirror, and a bedroom picture, checking anchors and spacing for a clean, sturdy finish.

Pagewynne Drive, Frisco, TX 75035

Provided mounts and securely installed four TVs, then aligned and tested each one. Replaced a ceiling fan, reattached the oven knob and adjusted the light, repaired the door, and added weather stripping for a tight seal.

Stone River Drive, Frisco, TX 75034

Cut an opening and installed a removable metal access panel in the garden tub surround so plumbers can reach the valves. Finished the edges with clean trim and touched up for a neat, flush fit.

Oakston Drive, Frisco, TX 75033

Installed a metal access panel at the garden tub and finished surrounding drywall with texture and paint. Also replaced and caulked interior trim, painted the toilet-area door, swapped bathtub fixtures, finished pergola LED wiring, adjusted cabinet doors and inspected a drawer, and addressed a clicking ceiling fan.

Caruth Lane, Frisco, TX 75034

Repaired ceiling drywall cracks about nine feet up by taping and bedding the seams, then blended the texture to match. Caulked gaps around trim and finished with interior paint so everything looks clean and even.

Wakebridge Drive, Frisco, TX 75035

Cut out damaged sections and patched multiple holes and cracks, then taped and mudded for a smooth surface. Matched the existing texture and touched up paint so the repair blends in cleanly.
